Is Mill Landing a purchase or rental Community?

We are a rental Community for those aged 55 and above, offering a 1300 sq. ft. Ranch style home. Your home is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with an attached garage and screened in porch for $1,500.00 per month plus utilities and cable is $30.00 per month.

Are there any additional fees, taxes, or HOA?

No, because this is a Rental Community your monthly rental rate includes all fees, 24-hour access to the Clubhouse which hosts monthly events, outdoor heated pool, fitness room, and lounge room.

What does my home monthly rental rate include?

Each home has appliances including a full size washer & dryer, gas fireplace, interior maintenance, and 24 hour emergency maintenance.

Who takes care of the exterior maintenance?

We do, so you can enjoy events at the Clubhouse with your neighbors, take a stroll through the Community while enjoying the manicured grounds, putter around planting a few flowers, or just simply relax poolside.

Are there any pets allowed?

No, we're sorry we are a pet free Community.
